About Us bear888 — The Story Behind Malaysia's Trusted Gaming Platform
Bear888 is more than a name — it's a commitment. A commitment to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience to Malaysian players wherever they are.
The bear888 Story — From a Small Idea to a Major Platform
Bear888 was founded in 2019 with a simple conviction: Malaysian players deserve an online gaming platform that truly understands their needs — not just a half-translated copy of a foreign platform.
Our founding team brings together backgrounds in financial technology, software development, and the digital entertainment industry. They understood the challenges local players faced — from limited payment methods and unresponsive support to platforms not optimized for Malaysian users. All of that became the foundation for what was ultimately built as bear888.
In just a few years, bear888 has grown from a small platform into one of the most actively visited online gaming destinations among Malaysian players. Not because of big marketing budgets — but because players shared their positive experiences with friends and family. That trust is our most valuable asset, and we never take it for granted.
Today, bear888 offers over 1,200 games spanning live casino, video slots, bingo, table games, and game shows — all under one platform accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer. We keep growing, but our core values stay the same: player safety, fair play, and the best possible experience.
Licensed and Regulated
Bear888 operates under a gaming licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. All operations are subject to regular audits and strict compliance with fair gaming standards to protect players' interests.
Why Malaysian Players Choose bear888
Every decision we make is built around one question: does it genuinely help our players?
Bank-Grade Security
All your personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by major financial institutions. Your privacy is our priority, and bear888 never shares player data with third parties without consent.
Malaysian Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank QR, and a range of other local methods. No need for complicated international payment options — it's as straightforward as a regular bank transfer.
24/7 Customer Support
The bear888 customer support team is available around the clock via in-platform live chat. We know that issues don't follow office hours, so we make sure help is always on hand — whether it's 3 in the afternoon or 3 in the morning.
Fair and Certified Games
All games on bear888 use RNG that has been verified and certified by independent auditing bodies. For live casino, every dealer action is broadcast in real time — no room for manipulation. Fairness isn't just a promise; it's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Mobile Optimized
Bear888 was built from the ground up with mobile experience as the priority. The platform runs smoothly on Android and iOS with no download required. The interface automatically adapts to any screen size to ensure the best experience on any device.
Meaningful VIP Program
Unlike VIP programs that are VIP in name only, the bear888 VIP system delivers real benefits — a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, weekly cashback, and tailored bonuses. Every VIP tier is designed to reward player loyalty in ways that genuinely make a difference.
The Core Values That Shape bear888
Beyond the technology, games, and promotions, bear888 is built on a set of core values that guide every decision we make — from interface design to our withdrawal policy.
Transparency
We display RTP values, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies clearly. No hidden conditions that only surface later. If it concerns your gaming experience, you have the right to know it upfront.
Players Come First
Every new feature we develop, every provider we choose to partner with, and every policy we set starts with one question: is this good for our players? If not, we don't proceed.
Responsible Gaming
Bear888 believes gaming should be entertainment, not a burden. We provide limit-setting tools, links to support resources, and responsible gaming information that is easily accessible to all members.
Continuous Improvement
The bear888 platform never stops evolving. We continuously listen to player feedback, track industry developments, and update the platform to keep the gaming experience relevant and enjoyable.
The Team Behind bear888
Bear888 is managed by a dedicated team spanning multiple disciplines — technology, security, customer support, content, and compliance. Bear888's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
This is the section we want players to read carefully. bear888 takes responsible gaming very seriously — not just as a compliance requirement, but because we genuinely care about our players' well-being.
We believe most people play for fun, and that's exactly what online gaming should feel like. But we also know that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become a serious problem. That's why bear888 provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming habits.
Deposit & Wagering Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately, and any increase requires a waiting period — giving you time to think before making changes.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from playing, you can activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. Your account will be temporarily suspended with no access to games during that time.
Help Resources
Links to problem gambling support organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous Malaysia and the Ministry of Health Malaysia are available in the Responsible Gaming us. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
